Sumatra is the second largest of the group of the Indonesian Islands, and is formed completely by volcanic activity, creating rich soil, diverse plant life, and a perfect environment for flavorful coffee.  Indonesia uses unique methods of mulling and processing which contribute to the flavor of the varietal.  These Sumatran coffees were Triple-Picked (TP), meaning that they were sorted three times to ensure only the very best beans are included.  One of the most celebrated and coveted varieties due to its consistency and quality.
